I hope the hit and run car in the last video – or should I say, the hit and DRAG car – was chased down and the driver caught.
2:42: The train crossing gate comes down as the END of the train comes to a stop. When the train was approaching, it was up, which is why a car was hit.

The first clip is happening inside a taxi, not sure what those two were trying to do, but they reacted like this because he alerted the dispatch.
