Stewart Broken his leg, Patrick has 1-Top 10 Finish and her boyfriend Ricky Stenhouse has a first top 10 finish at Richmond which happens at the race for the chase here. and Newman failed to clinched the wild card spot.

He pitted under green after the restart to give Truex Jr. 4th place, which was enough to tie Newman in points (with Truex having the tiebreaker).

Joey Logano wasn’t privy to the MWR team orders though. He wasn’t a teammate to the MWR cars. It would be unfair to penalize him.

Maybe you should learn up on the restart rules and learn what jumoing a restart consists of then you will understand why Carl didnt get penalized. Cause Carl didnt jump the restart. Menard clearly started the race and then botched it by spinning the tires and hitting Carl. A jumped restart is when the a driver other than the leaders fires on a restart before the leader and beats the leader to the line. Menard fired first and Carl fired right after that, but Carl didnt spin his tires like Menard.

If they hadn’t done this, both Newman and Gordon would be in the chase. Logano would be out. Gordon deserves to be in this chase, he raced his way back from 2 laps down and was in, until these cheaters intentionally spun, then pit and drove down pit lane slow to let logano pass them.

I’m a Gordon fan, but I think the spot should go to Newman. He drove up into the lead like a man, and deserved getting in, and that’s the reason why he spun himself out is Newman was going to win and kick Truex out.

The reason Gordon wasn’t able to make it in is because he kept getting wrecked by the other drivers like when he got wrecked by almirola at charlotte. I hate the drivers that did that.

Are you kidding? they’re going to be stronger than ever with Stewart coming back at Daytona, Busch and Harvick starting with the team next season i’ll give you letting Newman go instead of Patrick was a bad decision (based on the driving shes been doing this year) but who knows she might get better.
