2014 Australian Grand Prix Posts Whopping $60 Million Loss

The numbers are finally in and they don’t look good for the 2014 Australian Grand Prix. The season opening race to the 2014 Formula One racing season held at Albert Park in Melbourne has officially posted a $60 million [technically, $59.97 million according to the bean counters] loss for the race. The figure has increased since 2013 when the Australian Grand Prix of that year lost $51 million.

The Australian Grand Prix has a deal with Formula One through the 2020 season.
