The 2014 Comic Con is officially upon all humanity this week and like a lethal blast from the Death Star, Hot Wheels has selected the occasion to release their new Star Wars-themed Darth Vader car on an unsuspecting public. The new Darth Vader car comes in its own case and will be available – in limited quantities – for $40 apiece at the 2014 Comic Con in San Diego from July 23-27, 2014.
Hot Wheels also constructed a real, life-size version of the Darth Vader car that carries a V8 engine with 526 horsepower – see below for a promo video of that car, which will also be displayed at Comic Con.
