2020 Austrian Grand Prix Has Officially Been Greenlit

It’s official, the 2020 Formula One racing season – delayed by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, such as it is – will begin with the 2020 Austrian Grand Prix [as well as the race the week after it] – have both been approved by Austria’s government.

Both the actual 2020 Austrian Grand Prix – currently scheduled for July 5, 2020 and with a subsequent race afterward on July 12, 2020 – will take place behind closed doors at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg.

After the conclusion of the races in Austria, the F1 season could continue with the 2020 Hungarian Grand Prix on July 19, 2020 in Budapest, Hungary.

The 2020 British Grand Prix at Silverstone [along with a subsequent race] will be held in August.
