2020 Monaco Grand Prix Cancelled

The 2020 Monaco Grand Prix – which had been scheduled as the seventh race of the season on May 24, 2020 – has been cancelled outright as a result of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

The other six races preceding the Monaco Grand Prix – in Australia, Bahrain, China, the Netherlands, Spain and Vietnam – have yet to be cancelled and have all been postponed.

Formula One has not yet announced whether or not any of them will be re-scheduled later in the season.

Additionally, McLaren has announced that they will switch from Renault to Mercedes engines for the 2021 racing season.
