American Alexander Rossi Might Replace Bianchi In Sochi

American race driver Alexander Rossi might be selected to replace injured Jules Bianchi as part of the Marussia Formula One team’s entrants in this weekend’s inaugural Russian Grand Prix. Either Rossi or Italian Raffaele Marciello will replace Bianchi, who was injured in a crash after sliding into a recovery tractor at the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka last weekend.

If selected as a replacement driver for Bianchi, Rossi would become the first American to take part in an F1 race since Scott Speed in 2007.
