Audi’s Driverless Car Arrives In Vegas For CES 2015

Audi has successfully sent a driverless A7 Sportback on a 550-mile journey from Stanford in the Bay Area in California to Las Vegas, Nevada – the site of the International Consumer Electronics Show [CES] – as an example of the advancements in their autonomous driving program. The A7 Sportback [nicknamed “Jack”] was not allowed to exceed 70 mph and, as expected, had a human driver take over in urban areas.

The International CES is held in Las Vegas from January 6-9, 2015.
