The insert used to film interior scenes in the Batmobile for the Tim Burton-directed, Michael Keaton-starring “Batman Returns” film is officially up on the block from the Prop Store in Los Angeles. The insert – technically called an Insert Process Car – has a removable cockpit roof and most of the original gauges and instrument panel gadgetry remains intact – although the seats are not original and have been replaced since the 1992 film.
The Prop Store in Los Angeles is selling the “Batman Returns” Insert Process Car for $50,000.
