Brazil And Mexico Off UK Red List, Possibly Green Lighting Brazilian And Mexican Grands Prix

The United Kingdom government has reduced the Covid-19 travel red list down to just seven countries – with both Brazil and Mexico lopped off the list.

With nearly all operations and teams officially based in the UK, travel to both the 2021 Brazilian Grand Prix and 2021 Mexican Grand Prix was looking doubtful until the new developments took both Brazil and Mexico off the red list, and which means travelers to those countries will no longer be required to quarantine in an approved hotel at their cost for 10 full days upon return.

Although the Covid-19 pandemic environments remain troublesome in both countries, this newest announcement seemingly paves the way for Formula One to green light both grands prix.

The seven countries remaining on the UK red list are Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Haiti, Panama, Peru and Venezuela.
