It turns out that may be a long way into the future after authorities arrested Tucker this week and charged him with a variety of criminal charges including conspiracy, collection of unlawful debts and misrepresentation of interest rates [sometimes up to 700%!] to clients who participated in his scam payday loan operation, AMG Services.
Tucker allegedly used the fraudulently obtained monies to finance a wealthy lifestyle that included luxury homes, cars, jewelry and a private airplane as well as a professional racing team, Level 5 Motorsports.
Tucker’s Level 5 Motorsports team competed at the 24 Hours of LeMans between 2010 and 2013, securing a third place LMP2 class finish in the 2011 race.
