Christian Bale [“Batman”] is in negotiations to take over the lead role of the biographical film of Ferrari founder, Enzo Ferrari. The as-yet-untitled film is currently in development and is scheduled to be directed by Michael Mann [“Blackhat”].
The film will seek distributors and funding at both upcoming film festivals in Venice [September 2-12] and Toronto [September 10-20] for a possible premiere in 2017.
