Clarkson Catches Pneumonia – The Grand Tour Filming On Temporary Hold

First Richard Hammond crashes a car and puts himself in the hospital and now another member of “The Grand Tour” – Jeremy Clarkson – is in the hospital.

Clarkson was on holiday on the Spanish island of Mallorca when he was hospitalized with pneumonia and, in typical Clarkson fashion, promptly posted an image on social media showing his arm with a hospital identity badge and joking: “not the sort of bangles I usually choose on holiday.”

Clarkson went on to post on his personal “DriveTribe” account that the situation was “really, really annoying because I’ve never had one day off work since I started in 1978”.

“The Grand Tour” had been scheduled to return to filming next week but with both Clarkson and Hammond on the mend, only James May is available for filming and not in the hospital.

“The Grand Tour” is expected to debut its second season on Amazon Prime in October 2017.
