Jerry Seinfeld’s popular web series “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” will be coming to Netflix in late 2017.
“Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” comes to Netflix with 24 new episodes in late 2017, and brings the series’ entire back catalog with it in the trunk [or boot, if you wish]. Additionally, more episodes will come to Netflix in 2018 and beyond.
“Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” premiered in 2012 on Sony’s Crackle platform and began its ninth season this month with Kristen Wiig and Norm MacDonald as the first guests.
As part of Seinfeld’s agreement to bring “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” to Netflix, he will also create two new stand-up specials for Netflix – with the first expected to arrive this year -and develop scripted and non-scripted series.
