Seats from the front stretch of the Daytona International Speedway will be sold off to fans. In an overhaul of the track, the front stretch seats will be removed and track officials have partnered with online memorabilia company Fanatics Authentic to sell off the grandstand seats – first offered to ticket holders of the seats in a pre-sell and then to non-ticketholders if any seats remain. Other speedway seats and items will also be sold off in the process.
The seats are expected to be delivered in September 2014 and the overhaul of the speedway is expected to be completed in 2016.
