Chevrolet will have an “electrified” version of their iconic Corvette available as early as next year and a fully electric version to follow in an unspecified year.
The newest “electrified” Corvette is due to have a patented onboard system that takes the heat generated by EV batteries and uses it to warm the cabin, which is then claimed by Chevrolet to creating more efficient charging conditions, increase vehicle acceleration and boost the vehicle’s range by approximately 10%.
