Ferrari Is World Brand Champ – Defeats Porsche In Brand Battle

Ferrari has already won 2017 as the world’s leading automotive brand, according to a global brand study from consultancy agency Brand Finance.

Ferrari defeated Porsche as they increased their brand value to $6.15 billion. Brand value is determined by factors such as marketing investment, familiarity, loyalty, staff satisfaction and corporate reputation.

The study found that, in addition to being the world’s leading automotive brand, Ferrari is also one of the top 10 brands across any industry.

Part of the success of Ferrari branding derives from their strict production enforcement – employing a cap of only 9000 vehicles manufactured per year.
