Ferrari has revealed their car for the upcoming 2021 Formula One season set to begin on March 28, 2021 with the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Ferrari finished in a dismal sixth place in the 2020 constructors’ championship and could only muster a single second place podium as their best result of the year making it their worst season since 1980, when they finished 10th.
Ferrari will be returning Charles Leclerc as their top driver – Leclerc finished a distant eighth in the driver’s standings last year and has collected two wins and 12 podiums in his 59 career F1 starts.
Joining Leclerc will be Carlos Sainz, Jr. – who comes over from McLaren and replaces four-time F1 world champion, Sebastian Vettel. Sainz, Jr. has no wins and two podium finishes in his 118 career F1 starts.
