The fallout from last week’s resignation of Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo continues as it was revealed that Montezemolo’s personal stake in the Formula One racing series will revert to Ferrari, giving Ferrari a .25% interest – essentially $25 million – in the worldwide racing series.
Ferrari would only realize the ownership if the current part-owner – CVC Capital – jettisons their 35% stake in an IPO.
