The FIA – Formula One’s governing body – has announced that they will retire the number 17 of former F1 driver, Jules Bianchi, who passed away last week after enduring a year-long coma after a crash at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka when Bianchi’s car slid off the wet track and crashed into a recovery truck.
