Electric racing organization Formula E has announced that they will add races in both South Africa and South Korea for their 16-race 2022 calendar.
The newly added races will be held in Cape Town on February 26, 2022 and in Seoul on August 13-14, 2022.
For South Africa, it will be that country’s first top-level single-seater race since the Formula One South African Grand Prix in 1993.
Swiss driver Edoardo Mortara led the 2021 drivers’ standings for Venturi Racing prior to last weekend’s New York City E-Prix.
