Formula E and New Era are collaborating on a new multi-year licensing deal which is expected to result in the creation of a range of headwear products for fans.
New Era debuted one of those products – the Hankook Tire cap – on the podium at the 2023 Mexico E-Prix last month in Mexico City.
That cap and the rest of the New Era Formula E caps will be made available to purchase in Spring 2023 via New Era’s international distribution platforms as well as Formula E’s ecommerce channels and retail stores at races and are made use recycled Repreve fabric [which features plastic bottles transformed into a technical yarn used for performance-ready headwear].
