Formula E Set To Conclude 2020 Season With Six Consecutive Races In Berlin

Formula E has announced that they will conclude their delayed 2019-2020 season with six races across nine days in Berlin.

The six races will be competed in the format of three double-header races which will take place at Berlin’s Tempelhof historic airfield circuit in August on the 5th and 6th, 8th and 9th and 12th and 13th.

Each pair of the six races will be held on differing track configurations, to promote varied race strategies for the teams. All of the races will be held behind closed doors and the number of people on site will not exceed 1,000, as per German government guidelines.

Portuguese Antonio Felix da Costa currently leads the title standings for DS Techeetah with Jaguar’s Mitch Evans in second place, 11 points behind.

Formula E suspended its regular season in March following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
