Hallmark – yes, the greeting card company – is launching virtual reality greeting cards for 2017 Father’s Day that use VR technology for motorcycle racing and car racing.
Hallmark’s Virtual Reality Father’s Day cards come with a detachable VR pop-up viewer and simple instructions – even for fathers – for how to view the video. The recipient will use a smart phone to access a website and open the YouTube app. By sliding the smart phone into the pop-up viewer, the lucky father can then experience driving a race car or motorcycle.
