Making life slightly more difficult, Lewis Hamilton crashed his Mercedes after a brake failure entering a hairpin turn in the first session of Formula One qualifying for the upcoming 2014 German Grand Prix and will start in the 16th spot on the grid for tomorrow’s race while his teammate and current season leader, Nico Rosberg, will start in the pole position. Hamilton currently sits in second in the season points standings – only four points behind Rosberg entering the German Grand Prix.
The 2014 German Grand Prix will take place in Hockenheim, Germany, on July 20, 2014.
