Warner Bros and Mattel are continuing their collaboration to produce a live action adaptation of a movie about the iconic race car toy brand by hiring writers Dalton Leeb and Nicholas Jacobson-Larson.
Leeb and Jacobson-Larson are responsible for the science-fiction show “Endurance” on Netflix as well as other projects [such as one related to the “Star Wars” universe].
No potential release date has yet been set for the Hot Wheels film.
