Didn’t Red Bull used to blow this air up over the wing to create downforce
until it was banned at the end of that season?

The cone-shaped duct you see on the rear section is there to help funnel
hot air out of the vicinity of the engine and gearbox; it does not carry
engine exhaust. I believe that Ferrari first ran a small air-exhaust duct
in this location on the F2007. There may be an aerodynamic benefit in terms
of trying to blow the rear wing with air coming from this funnel, but
that’s beyond my understanding – perhaps our friends at Caterham would be
so kind as to enlighten us?

Is this the new car for the 2014 season? I noticed it only has one big
exhaust as the end in the middle. Am I right, or am I totally blind?
