After spending 54 years on ABC, the iconic Indianapolis 500 will be moving to NBC in 2019.
Currently, the television rights are split between ABC and NBC with ABC televising the Indianapolis 500 and a few other high profile races while the remainder of the schedule is shown on the NBCSN network – but that will all change next year when all IndyCar races will be shown on either NBC or NBCSN.
The 2018 Indianapolis 500 will be aired on ABC on Sunday, May 27, 2018.
