Why yes, yes it is – but in name only. The Team Formerly Known as Marussia will now be known exclusively as Manor Racing going into the 2016 Formula One racing season. After being known by both names last season, the UK-based team has officially dropped the Russian name going forward and will only be referred to as Manor Racing or MRT in 2016.
Manor-Marussia scored no points in the 2015 Formula One season and their cars were frequently multiple laps down from the eventual race winners.
