In 1963, Jaguar had allotted for 18 Special GT E-Type Jaguars to be built of aluminum, but only wound up building 12 of them. Now they are finishing the job, constructing the so-called “missing six” and selling them to customers who will be using them in historic auto races. The protoype for these six vehicles will be showcased at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in Pebble beach, California, this weekend, but Jaguar will be keeping that car for themselves…
