Jay Leno Suffers Injuries In Gasoline Fire At His Garage

Jay Leno was hospitalized with severe burns after one of the cars in his Los Angeles-based garage suddenly erupted in a gasoline fire.

Leno reportedly suffered the burn injuries when he was in the garage on Sunday. He was taken to a burn center where he reportedly remains hospitalized in stable condition. Leno issued a statement indicating he was recovering and would be a couple weeks to “…get back on my feet”.

Leno first gained popularity as a comedian, then as the host of the “Tonight Show” and most recently as the host of “Jay Leno’s Garage”, which airs on CNBC and just completed its seventh season finale on October 26, 2022.
