IndyCar race car driver Justin Wilson is being listed as in a coma after suffering a serious head trauma injury yesterday at Pocono when a section of Sage Karam’s nose cone struck Wilson in the head. Karam spun out in a corner and as his car disintegrated, a dislodged and bouncing nose cone section struck Wilson in the head as he rounded the corner, knocking Wilson out and sending him into an infield wall.
