Keanu Reeves’ Rally Car Moves Close To Starting Line

Feature film “Rally Car” starring Keanu Reeves, has moved one step closer to actually happening after Chinese film financier, Fundamental Films, brought Dutch director Harald Zvart to the project. Zvart has previously directed “Agent Cody Banks”, “The Pink Panther 2” [Steve Martin version], “The Karate Kid” [2010 version] and “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones”.

“Rally Car” is about a former NASCAR champion driver (Reeves), who refuses to accept that his best driving days are behind him. When his professional and personal life begin to spiral out of control, he is forced to take part in a high stakes international rally race across China, with a young Chinese girl as his co-driver, in order to prove he still has the racing chops.

“Rally Car” is expected to have a 2017 release date.
