Kelly Admiraal To Drive No 56 For Debut

On Tuesday Kelly Admiraal announced he will make his NASCAR Nationwide Series debut on November 9th in the ServiceMaster 200 at Phoenix International Raceway. He is an 18-year-old from Slave Lake, Alberta Canada.

He will pilot the No. 56 for the newly formed Kapusta Racing with primary sponsorship from Western Camp Services. Admiraal will also race the Nationwide Series season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway for the team on November 16th.

Admiraal plans to use these two races to jump start a full-time Nationwide Series effort in 2014.

In 2013 he has competed in three NASCAR K&N Pro Series West races with his best finishing coming at Sonoma Raceway when he finished seventh. He also made two West Series starts in 2012. He also has three career NASCAR Canadian Tire Series starts and is the 2012 Western Canadian Super Late Model Championship Rookie of the Year and the 2011 Whelen Series Rookie of the Year.
