Kimi Raikkonen Cleared For 2021 Russian Grand Prix

Former Formula One world champion and current Alfa Romeo driver Kimi Raikkonen has been cleared to return to racing after contracting the Covid-19 coronavirus.

After missing both the Dutch Grand Prix and Italian Grand Prix, the soon-to-be [next month] 42-year-old Finn is expected to return for the 2021 Russian Grand Prix on Sunday, September 26, 2021.

Raikkonen has already announced that he will be retiring from the sport at the end of the current season.

Raikkonen was replaced at Alfa Romeo by reserve driver Robert Kubica for both the Dutch Grand Prix and Italian Grand Prix.
