You could say that Kimi Raikkonen is happy to be with Ferrari – he set the fastest lap times in the first day of testing for the 2014 Formula One racing season at Jerez, Spain – but he wouldn’t say that. In fact, not only did he not say that, Raikkonen pooh-poohed the lap times, claiming they “don’t mean anything”. They certainly didn’t mean anything for three-time defending champion Sebastian Vettel, who failed to get a time in three lap attempts but they might have meant something for Lewis Hamilton, who had the fastest time until Raikkonen passed him – except he crashed his Mercedes W05 into a first turn barrier.
