With Caterham running its last race – possibly of its Formula One team racing career – Kamui Kobayashi has been announced as the replacement for Marcus Ericsson, who has left the team for Sauber, at the final race on the 2014 calendar in Abu Dhabi this weekend.
Financially-troubled Caterham had previously resorted to a crowdfunding campaign to rise funds allowing them to travel to Abu Dhabi for the final race.
The final race of the 2014 Formula One racing season takes place in Abu Dhabi on November 23, 2014.
