NASCAR driver Kurt Busch has been suspended indefinitely by the racing organization after a Delaware state court concluded that it was “likely” that he assaulted his former girlfriend Patricia Driscoll at Dover Speedway in Delaware last year.
Busch had been scheduled to start in the 24th position in tomorrow’s season-opening Daytona 500 race but will instead be replaced by Regan Smith.
