With a feature film already in the works about the founder of the Ferrari automotive empire, it seemed only a matter of time before another feature film would emerge about his main Italian competitor, Ferruccio Lamborghini. Italian film production company, AMBI, will produce and distribute the biographical feature film about Lamborghini, from his early days as a tractor-maker to making vehicles for World War II usage and finally, to his iconic car-making days.
The movie, with the modest working title of “Lamborghini – The Legend” is expected to begin filming in 2016 with a potential 2017 release date.
