Land Rover Defender Makes 007 Debut In 2020

Land Rover new Defender 110 will make its motion picture debut in the latest James Bond film, “No Time To Die” – currently scheduled to be released on April 8, 2020.

While Aston Martin is – of course – Bond’s preferred vehicle of choice, other vehicles have made cameos in the 007 series [most notably Lotus] and this is not Land Rover’s virgin appearance in a Bond film as a Range Rover convertible appeared in “Octopussy” in 1983.

In addition to the Defender 110, a Range Rover Sport SVR, Land Rover Series III and Range Rover Classic also appear in the Bond film.

The Land Rover Defender in the film is in Santorini Black, with darkened skid pans, 20-inch dark finish wheels and professional off-road tires – they were the first Defender vehicles to be built at Jaguar Land Rover’s new production facility in Slovakia.

The Defenders will also be making an appearance at the Los Angeles International Auto Show later this month.
