Lewis Hamilton Leads Mercedes 1-2 In 2019 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Qualifying

As usual, there was some drama in the free practice sessions, but in the end, it was no surprise as current six-time Formula One world champion led a Mercedes 1-2 with teammate Valtteri Bottas in the final qualifying session for tomorrow’s season-ending race, the 2019 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen claimed the third spot but will start in the second spot since Bottas will be starting from the back of the grid due to his penalty for excessive engine parts usage. That also means it will be an all-Ferrari second row with Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel side by side for the final race of the year.
