In the second round of NASCAR’s playoff race series, The Chase, Joey Logano won all three races after clinching the victory at Talladega in a controversial ending where Kevin Harvick was accused of intentionally causing a crash on the last lap to ensure his safe advancement into the third round of the playoff race series.
Logano automatically advances with the win but Denny Hamlin, Matt Kenseth, Ryan Newman and Dale Earnahrdt, Jr. were all eliminated from contention with the results of the race.
