Logano Wins At Watkins Glen

Joey Logano won the first race of the NASCAR season – the prestigious Daytona 500 – then took six months off before finally winning his second race of the season at Watkins Glen, out-fueling current Sprint Cup points leader, Kevin Harvick, to claim the victory. Kyle Busch eventually finished second while Harvick coasted across the finish line in third place after running out of fuel.

For the season, Harvick retains the lead in the points standings with 823 points to Logano’s 781 in second and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. holding down third place with 750 points.
