Ride-sharing service, Lyft, is going into “ghost mode” this weekend. What does that mean? If you reside in one of five cities – Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco and Washington D.C. – then on July 1 and July 2, Lyft riders can ride in the new Ecto-1 Ghostbusters car – either a replica or the car from the new movie [but, alas, not the original Caddy from the original movie]. Riders will receive movie-themed goodies from sponsors Hi-C and Hostess [that’s why you see a Hi-C juice box and Twinkies floating around in mid-air in the video – duh] as well as a chance to win tickets to the Ghostbusters movie premiere in Los Angeles on July 15, 2016.
