Manor Selects Haryanto And Cash

Last week, Manor Racing became the final Formula One team to select their number one driver for the upcoming 2016 racing season, but notably did not pick a number two driver for their team – which was rumored to be up for grabs between two of last year’s drivers – Will Stevens and Alexander Rossi – and the GP2 series winner, Indonesian racer, Rio Haryanto.

Haryanto has evidently won out, due primarily to the sponsorship money he will be bringing with him – a reported $15 million from government-back oil company money – over Stevens and Rossi.
