Marussia Motors Runs Out Of Gas

Marussia Motors – the parent company of the Marussia Formula One racing team – has ceased operations and the F1 racing team is under the “new ownership” of Marussia Communications Limited for the remainder of the year while they remain a sanctioned F1 team. While spokespersons remain adamant that the F1 company and the newly-created parent company are two separate entities and the F1 company is not endangered – Formula One chief Bernie Ecclestone recently announced the addition of two new F1 teams for 2015 last week and this seems to indicate that Marussia’s F1 days are numbered.

The B1 and B2 – two supercars that Marussia made that you never heard of.

Max Chilton and Jules Bianchi are the current drivers for Marussia and both are pointless with Chilton in 18th place in the season standings and Bianchi dead last at 22nd. The team is one of four [joining Lotus, Caterham and Sauber] which have yet to score a single point.
