Mercedes was fastest again as they went 1-2 in the second practice session for this weekend’s 2021 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
Seven-time defending Formula One world champion, Lewis Hamilton, did the honors with his teammate, Valtteri Bottas, right behind him by 0.061 seconds with AlphaTauri’s Pierre Gasly behind him and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen farther back in fourth – 0.195 seconds slower than Hamilton.
Meanwhile, Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc had a rough practice session, crashing, damaging his Ferrari and bringing the session to a premature end with five minutes to go.
