After sandbagging for much of the previous test sessions, defending champion Mercedes finally showed up on Day Two of the final testing for the upcoming 2015 Formula One season at the Catalunya track in Barcelona. Nico Rosberg easily claimed the fastest time of the session – and of all the sessions so far – with a 1:22.7 lap time.
Following Rosberg was Williams’ Valtteri Bottas with a 1:23.9 time and Felipe Nasr for Sauber with a 1:24.0.
The first race of the 2015 Formula One racing season takes place in Melbourne, Australia on March 15, 2015.
