The live action-CGI hybrid feature film “Monster Trucks” starring Rob Lowe and Danny Glover has been delayed another year. When it began filming in Canada last year, the scheduled release date was for May 2015 – but that was before Paramount decided they might need extra marketing materials for the film [or so they say]. The plot is hazy – supposedly set in North Dakota, it may be a Transformers-like scenario where trucks turn into monsters and terrorize the locals – and not about the monster trucks you see at the arena shows.
“Monster Trucks” is currently scheduled to be released on May 28, 2016.
