The new BBC-ized version of “Top Gear” with new host Chris Evans will return to BBC airwaves in May 2016 – specifically, May 8 – for a 16-episode season. Whether or not any other presenters will be joining Evans has not been announced by the BBC.
BBC America has not announced when they will be airing the new “Top Gear” but past practice has had the network showing the show several days after its UK showing.
